RETURN POLICY
Returns
Accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Please promptly email hello@oakandalder.com to request your refund.
Refund requests made after 24 hours may not be accommodated.
As always, we will try our best to work out a solution.
Exchanges
Accepted on all prints/products that have NOT been customized.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your print to discuss an exchange.
Damages
If damage occurs during shipping please contact us promptly.
Proof of damage may be required.

Please note that custom images such as birth stats cannot be returned or exchanged. Approval of your proof is required before they are sent off for print to avoid any mistakes on the final product. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully.
